Since violent conflict in Sudan began on April 15, more than a million people have fled to neighboring countries, including approximately 378,000 Sudanese refugees and nearly 48,000 Chadian returnees to eastern Chad.
Action Against Hunger is helping refugees from Sudan now living in Chad by supplying clean water, access to sanitation facilities, and essential supplies.
Families from across Sudan are desperately trying to avoid violence and find safety, and all are in dire need of humanitarian assistance, including food, water, health services, and shelter.
